Terms of Service

As of October 24, 2026

  1. 01Service

panelclo (panelclo.com) sells virtual numbers for receiving the SMS verification codes apps send at sign-up and login.

Numbers only receive incoming SMS. They cannot make calls or send messages.

  2. 02Account

Accounts are created with an email and password. Keeping the password safe is up to you; anyone who knows it can log in to the account.

Up to 3 accounts can be created per network.

  3. 03Forbidden use

Using numbers to take over other people's accounts, for fraud, spam or illegal activity is forbidden. Accounts used this way may be blocked.

Following each app's rules is up to you.

  4. 04Balance

Your balance is used for panelclo numbers and rentals. It cannot be withdrawn. Refunds also go back to your balance.

Top-up bonuses are added at set rates depending on the amount.

  5. 05Changes

Prices and the lists of apps and countries may change. Numbers already received are charged at the price shown when you got them.
