  1. 01What we collect

    Your login email, a one-way password hash, member ID, sign-up date, balance, the numbers you got and the SMS they received, top-ups and tickets.

    The network you signed up from is kept only as a one-way hash, for the account limit.

  2. 02Received SMS

    SMS sent to your number are only visible in the account that got the number. They are not posted on public pages.

  3. 03Email and password

    Your email is only used to log in and identify your account; we do not send marketing emails. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.

  4. 04Cookies

    We only use a cookie to keep you logged in and one to remember your language. No ad or visitor tracking tools are used.

  5. 05Retention and deletion

    Number and top-up records are kept because refunds depend on them. To delete your account, log in and open an account ticket. This works before your first top-up too.
