Refund Policy

As of October 24, 2026

  1. 01Refunds go to your balance

    All refunds go back to your panelclo balance and can be used for your next number right away.

  2. 02Numbers without a code

    If a one-time number receives no code within the set time, its price is returned automatically. Canceling before a code also returns it.

  3. 03Numbers that received a code

    One-time numbers that received a code are not refunded.

  4. 04Rental numbers

    Rentals are priced by period and are not refunded once they start.

  5. 05Exclusions

    Numbers used for forbidden purposes and numbers entered incorrectly in an app are not refunded.
