Numbers and codes
What is a virtual number?
A number you enter in an app instead of your own phone number. The verification SMS the app sends to it shows on your numbers page. No SIM card or extra phone is needed.
Do I pay if no code arrives?
No. A one-time number waits 15 minutes for the code, and if nothing arrives, the price goes back to your balance automatically.
Which apps can I use it for?
104 apps are listed, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, KakaoTalk, Instagram and TikTok. For anything else, choose "Other app".
Can I call or send SMS with the number?
No. Numbers only receive incoming SMS.
Can I log in again later with the same number?
A one-time number receives one code. If you will need to verify again, use a 3, 14 or 30 day rental number.
Can anyone else see the SMS on my number?
No. Messages on your number are only visible in your account. Nothing is posted on public pages.
Prices and top-ups
How are prices set?
Each app and country pair has a set price per number. Cheapest number right now: $0.07. The price is shown before you buy.
What is the minimum top-up?
From $50 to $5,000. In some countries the minimum is half. A $200 top-up gets a +25% bonus.
How can I pay?
With USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. For USDT and USDC choose TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 or Solana.
Can I get my balance back?
Balance cannot be withdrawn. Refunds for numbers without a code or canceled numbers also go back to your balance for your next number.
Account and rules
What do I need to sign up?
Just an email and a password. We do not send emails; the email is only used to log in.
I forgot my password.
If you are still logged in on a device, change it on the account page. Otherwise contact support from another account.
What can I use the numbers for?
Only legitimate uses such as protecting your number, testing apps or running work accounts. Taking over other people's accounts, fraud and spam are forbidden.
How many accounts can I create?
Up to 3 per network.
